Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms

  • All treatments, packages and courses must be paid for in full prior to the commencement of any sessions, unless otherwise agreed as part of a payment plan.

  • Once payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, unless a treatment cannot proceed for medical reasons, in which case a refund may be issued at the salon’s discretion.

Session Validity

  • Courses and packages must be completed within 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Any unused sessions will expire after this period and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Scheduling & Cancellations

  • All treatments are by appointment only and subject to availability.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the full treatment cost being charged.

  • Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of sessions at the salon’s discretion.

Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers can be used towards treatments and products and must be presented at the time of use.

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

  • Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

  • Please confirm if gift vouchers can be used on all treatments or if any exclusions apply.

Appointments

  • New clients are kindly asked to arrive 10 minutes before their appointment to allow time for consultation forms.

  • Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time as a courtesy to the next client.

  • If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible so we can advise on the best course of action.

  • Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and the cancellation policy will apply.

Appointment Times

  • All appointment durations refer to the total appointment time, which includes consultation, treatment, dressing time and post-treatment advice.

Cancellations & Deposits

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged at the full treatment price.

  • For appointments over 1 hour, a 50% deposit may be required at the time of booking.

  • Deposits are refundable or transferable when the required notice is given.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit.

  • Please confirm if repeat no-shows require prepayment for future bookings.

Patch Testing

  • Patch testing is required for certain treatments and must be completed 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a required patch test has not been completed, and cancellation charges may apply.

Treatment Aftercare

  • Aftercare advice will be provided where applicable and should be followed to maintain results.

  • Results may vary between clients, and additional treatments may be recommended following consultation.

Personal Belongings

  • Beauty@No.32 cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • Clients are advised to keep valuables with them at all times.

  • We recommend avoiding valuable clothing for treatments where products may transfer.

Refunds & Exchanges

Treatments

  • All treatments are carried out by qualified therapists.

  • We do not offer refunds on treatments; however, if you have concerns, please raise them immediately during or within 24 hours of your treatment so we can address them promptly.

Retail

  • Retail products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • In the case of an allergic reaction, products must be returned within 14 days with evidence of the reaction.

  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

Courses

  • Courses must be paid for in full and completed within 12 months unless otherwise stated.

  • Missed appointments may result in treatments being deducted from the course.

Prices

  • All prices are subject to consultation and may change without notice.

Children

  • Clients must be 18 years or over to receive treatments, or have parental consent where applicable.

  • We reserve the right to refuse treatment where appropriate.

Therapist / Staff Illness

  • In the event of staff illness or unforeseen circumstances, we may need to reschedule or cancel appointments.

  • Where possible, we will offer an alternative therapist or appointment time.

  • We will notify you as soon as possible if changes are required.

Medical Conditions

  • Please inform us of any medical conditions, pregnancy or medication prior to booking.

  • A consultation will be carried out to ensure treatments are safe and suitable.

  • Clients must notify the salon of any changes to their medical history.
